BASIL CARROTS 
2 tbsp. butter
6 med. carrots, thinly sliced on bias
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. basil, crushed (or marjoram)

In medium skillet, melt the butter; add the sliced carrots. Sprinkle with salt and basil. Cover skillet and simmer 10 to 12 minutes, just until carrots are tender. (6 servings.)
