BASIL CARROTS 
1 lb. carrots cut in 2 to 2 1/2 inch pieces
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
dash pepper

Cook carrots in salted water for 20 to 22 minutes. Drain. Melt butter and then add other ingredients. Add carrots and toss.
