SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE | |
3 c. cooked sweet potatoes 1/2 c. sweet milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Combine and mix well all ingredients and pour into buttered baking dish. Topping: 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. chopped pecans 1/2 c. flour 1/2 stick butter Combine ingredients and sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake at 400°F for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown. |
