VEGETABLE SALAD WITH POPPY SEED
DRESSING
 
1 sm. cauliflower
1 bunch broccoli
4 carrots
3 stalks celery
8 lg. mushrooms
1 green pepper

DRESSING:

1 c. sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. salad oil
1 sm. onion
2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Cut vegetables in bite-size pieces. Combine dressing ingredients and put through blender. Pour over chopped vegetables and serve.
