CHOCOLATE PASSOVER CAKE 
9 eggs separated
1 lb. box powdered sugar
1/2 lb. grated semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 lb. ground nuts (walnuts, pecans or almonds)
1 tbsp. matzo meal
1 tsp. vanilla or brandy

Beat egg yolks well. Add sugar. Gradually add grated chocolate, nuts, matzo meal and vanilla. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees in springform pan lined with waxed paper.
