CREAMY CHICKEN CACCIATORE 
1 (2 lb.) chicken
1 onion, sliced, separated into rings
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. tomato, chopped
1 c. green pepper
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. Velveeta, cubed

Brown chicken with onion. Add all ingredients except cheese. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover for 20 minutes or until chicken is tender. Uncover; cook 10 minutes longer. Remove chicken and stir in cheese until melted. Serve over chicken.
