VEGETABLE CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 chicken breast or 1 whole chicken cooked and diced
1 can Veg-all, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 onion, chopped
Chicken broth
1 stick butter, melted
Saltine crackers (about 12 or 15) crushed.

Mix all ingredients in pan. Place mixture in casserole. Place mixture in casserole. Place cracker crumbs (about 5 or 6 of the 15) on top, also. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
