CHICKEN VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 bag cauliflower, carrot, broccoli mix, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 or 3 cooked chicken breasts, cubed
3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs

In large bowl, blend soup, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Mix in chicken and vegetables. Spread evenly in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, which have been mixed with melted butter. Bake about 50 minutes at 350 degrees.

I cook chicken in wine in microwave until done.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
