CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen vegetables (carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower)
3 1/2 c. chicken slices or cubes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. real mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 c. grated cheese
Crumbled bread crumbs

Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder. Pour over vegetables and chicken. Top with cheese and crumbled bread crumbs. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325 degrees, uncovered, in a 9 x 13 pan.
