RUNZAS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. minced onion
4 c. chopped cabbage
1/2 tsp. pepper

Brown meat quickly. Mix onion with cabbage. Add cabbage and cook until dry and remove from frying pan.

BREAD DOUGH:

1 pkg. yeast in 1/4 c. lukewarm water
1/4 c. shortening
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. warm water
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
4 c. flour

Cream shortening, sugar and salt. Add beaten eggs. Stir in yeast and water. Stir in 3 cups flour and mix well. Roll dough out in rectangular shape. Cut into large squares and fill with about 3/4 cup of filling. Bring corners together and seal well. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
