RUNZAS 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 med. onion
1 sm. head cabbage (cut into med. size)
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown chuck and onion (drain grease). Add cabbage and cook in low oven heat until cabbage is half done.

DOUGH:

1 pkg. yeast
1/8 c. water
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Heat milk, butter, eggs, sugar and salt. Cool, add to yeast mixture. Add egg and beat in flour. Let dough rise to double in size. Roll out about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into 6 to 8 pieces. Spoon meat mixture into middle, fold over and seal edges. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
