1 c. mayonnaise
3 dessert spoons sugar
1/2 c. milk or sour cream
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all the above until smooth. This dressing is especially good on potato salad but also as a regular dressing.
