CURRIED TUNA SALAD 
1 can tuna (6 1/2 oz.) preferably water packed
1 can water chestnuts (8 oz.) chopped
1/2 c. cooked wheat berries, soft
1/2 tsp. curry powder
3 tbsp. mayonnaise or Ranch dressing

Mix together. Serve on lettuce sprinkled with lemon pepper.

Soft wheat berries (kernels), buy in health food store. 2 1/2 c. water
