SCALLOPED POTATOES 
5 lg. potatoes
3/4 c. chopped onions
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour (all-purpose)
1 3/4 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. salad dressing
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Paprika over top

Layer potatoes and onions in saucepan. Melt butter and stir in flour, cook until frothy. Gradually stir in broth, mayonnaise and pepper. Cook, stirring frequently until bubbles and thickens. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours or until potatoes are fork tender.
