FROZEN CHOCOLATE CREAM TORTE 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3/8 c. softened butter
1/3 c. sugar
7 1/2 oz. marshmallows
3/4. milk
6 oz. milk chocolate bits
1 1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped (or all purpose)

Combine 1st 3 ingredients and press into 1 - 9" springform pan, across bottom and coming up the sides 1". Bake at 375 degrees 10 minutes.

Combine next 3 ingredients in the top of a double boiler and stir until melted over hot, lightly simmering water. Cool to room temperature.

Fold in whipped cream and pour into crust and freeze 6 hours.

Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before cutting. Garnish whipped cream and grated chocolate or chocolate curls.

Also good with white chocolate pieces substituted for milk chocolate and garnished with mint leaves and raspberries. Also good with semi-sweet chocolate, if you like a stronger chocolate.
