FRIED MEXICAN CRISPAS 
1 pkg. flour tortilla shells
Oil for frying
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon

Cut flour shells in forths. Fry in hot oil until brown. Mix cinnamon and sugar. Sprinkle generously over crispas. Serve warm.
