FRUIT COCKTAIL PUDDING 
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 can fruit cocktail, drained

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 c. coconut

Mix together flour, sugar, salt and soda. Beat egg and add along with fruit cocktail. Pour into greased 8 x 8 pan and top with remaining ingredients. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
