OLD FASHIONED SOUR CREAM COOKIES 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

In a large bowl beat sugar, butter and eggs at medium speed until very light and fluffy. At low speed beat in sour cream and vanilla until smooth. Gradually beat in flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt until well combined. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes on a greased cookie sheet.

TOPPING: Sprinkle unbaked cookies with mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
