TATERS ITALIA 
2 cans (16 oz. each) stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. basil leaves
1/8 tsp. pepper
Pinch of oregano
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen tater tots
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a 2 quart casserole. In large skillet over high heat combine tomatoes and seasoning until well mixed and heat to a full, rolling boil. Pour into casserole and arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer on top. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly in the center. Remove from oven and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Serves 6.
