TATER'S AND MEAT BY LIBY | |
2 to 3 lbs. hamburger 2 can French cut green beans 2 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup 1 1/2 c. whole milk 1 bag tater tots (onion, bacon or plain) 1 sm. onion, chopped (optional) Fry hamburger, adding salt and pepper to taste. Cook onion with meat, then drain meat very well. Put the 2 cans of soup into a deep pan or dish as all this will be baked, add milk. Fold in the green beans well. Fold in the meat very well. Then smooth out and put tater tots on top in rows, pack them tight. Bake at 300 degrees until taters are brown. Serve with a salad and sourdough bread that's butter or toasted. What is left over, fry up and in a flour tortilla the next day, its really good. |
