MARY'S MEAT AND TATER PIE 
Pastry for 2 crust pie
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. milk
1/2 envelope 1/4 c. dry onion soup mix
Dash of pepper
Dash of all spice
1 (12 oz.) pkg.. loose-pack frozen hash browns, thawed

Combine meat, milk, soup mix, pepper, allspice; mix gently. Lightly pat into pastry-lined pie plate. Top with potatoes. Adjust top crust; seal and flute edge. Cut design in top pastry. Bake in moderate oven at 350 degrees for about 1 hour; or until browned. Serve with warmed catsup. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
