MEAT LOAF PIE | |
2 lbs. ground beef 1 envelope dry onion soup mix 1 1/2 c. water Hot mashed potatoes Stir soup mix into water. Measure out 1/2 cup and blend into ground beef. Shape into an 8 inch round patty in frying pan. Cut into 6 wedges. Pour remaining soup over patty. Cook covered over low heat for 52 minutes. To serve, spoon hot mashed potatoes into a mound in center of pan; drizzle gravy over potatoes. |
