1 pkg. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp. butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz. size)
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine chips, butter, condensed milk and vanilla, in medium saucepan cook over medium heat stirring constantly, until mixture is hot and slightly thickened. Serve over ice cream, cake.
