HOT DOG SAUCE 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 sweet pepper
2 chopped onions
2 tbsp. celery salt
1 stick celery, chopped
1 sm. can V-8 juice
1/2 tsp. red pepper
2 qt. water or less
1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
3 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 box chili powder
3 tsp. salt

Brown hamburger. Add water, juice and remaining ingredients. Simmer 1 hour. Spoon off fat. Freeze until needed.
