EARTHQUAKE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. crushed pecans
German chocolate cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. angel flake coconut
1 cube butter, softened
2 c. confectioners' sugar

Grease 11 x 14 inch pan. Spread in layers in bottom of pan pecans and coconut. Mix box of cake mix as directed on box. Spread over layered nuts and coconut. Mix butter and cream cheese. Add confectioners' sugar and beat together in mixer until spreadable or creamy. Spread over cake mixture carefully. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 60 minutes. When it begins to crack, start checking to see if it is done.
