EARTHQUAKE CAKE 
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Grease bottom of 10 x 15 inch baking pan. Put nuts and coconut in bottom of pan. Mix cake mix as per box directions. Pour cake mixture over nuts.

Mix cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. This cake makes its own topping. Cool in pan. Cake will crack all over top.
