CHICKEN-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 large fresh bunch broccoli, washed and chopped
2 whole chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup, undiluted
2/3 cup sour cream
1 (5-ounce) can evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 cup buttered breadcrumbs

Mix soup, sour cream, milk, lemon juice and curry powder together. Add broccoli, chicken and cheese and mix thoroughly. Place in a lightly greased 2-quart casserole; top with breadcrumbs.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

Yield: 6 servings.
