TURKEY LOAF WITH MUSTARD SAUCE 
2 lb. ground turkey
2 c. soft whole-wheat bread crumbs
1/2 c. shredded carrot
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. white pepper

Sauce:

1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. honey mustard

Combine all meat loaf ingredients.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

Mix sauce ingredients and heat. Serve with meat loaf.

Makes one meat loaf for 4 to 6.
