GRILLED CHICKEN WITH MUSTARD
GLAZE
 
1/2 c. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. oil
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
3 lb. fryer cut up

Combine all ingredients and coat chicken. Cover and let marinate for at least 2 hours or more in metal pan. Grill until outside is crispy and chicken is done. May be cooked in the oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
