PARMESAN CHICKEN 
4 chicken breast halves
1/2 stick butter
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
40 saltine crackers

Remove skin from chicken breasts. Melt butter. Roll crackers into crumbs. Add cheese and garlic and mix. Dip chicken into melted butter and coat with cracker crumb mixture. Place in baking dish meat side up. Any leftover butter may be poured over chicken. Do not cover. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 1 hour longer. Serves 4.
