1 pkg. lime gelatin
1 1/2 c. very hot water
8 lg. marshmallows or 10 miniature marshmallows to 1 lg. marshmallow
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. whipping cream

Pour hot water on gelatin and add marshmallows, stirring until dissolved. Beat with an electric beater; put in refrigerator until it starts to set, then beat again. Whip cream and fold into mixture. Add pineapple, cream cheese, celery and nuts. Pour into mold and chill until well set. May serve on lettuce. Prepared Dream Whip may be used. Serves 8 or 10.
