TANGY MUSTARD CAULIFLOWER 
1 med. head cauliflower
1/2 c mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt

Place cauliflower and water in 1 1/2 quart glass casserole. Cover with glass lid. Microwave on HIGH for 12-15 minutes or until cauliflower is tender. Drain.

Combine mayonnaise, onion, mustard and salt in small mixing bowl. Spoon mustard sauce over top of cauliflower. Sprinkle with cheese. Microwave 1-2 minutes on HIGH to heat topping and melt cheese. Let stand two minutes before serving. Makes 6-8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
