TURKEY AND CRESCENT AMANDINE 
3 c. turkey
10 3/4 oz. condensed cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 c. frozen peas
8 oz. can water chestnuts
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) can Pillsbury quick crescent rolls
1/2 c. Swiss cheese or Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sliced almonds

Cook first 10 ingredients over medium heat until hot and bubbly. Pour into ungreased 2 or 3-quart baking pan. Unroll dough and place over casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes Sprinkle with cheese and almonds. Bake additional 10 minutes.
