6 oz. can (3/4 c.) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients together - adding nuts and raisins last. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar after cooked.
