TOLL HOUSE WALNUT PIE 
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. unsifted flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 c. butter, melted and cooled to room temperature
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. chopped walnuts, optional
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Whipped cream or ice cream (optional)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl beat eggs until foamy. Beat in flour, sugar, and brown sugar until well blended. Blend in melted butter and vanilla. Stir in chocolate morsels and walnuts.

Pour into pie shell. Bake 1 hour. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
