SAUSAGE STUFFING 
1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage
1 c. diced celery
1 c. chopped onion
2 qt. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
2 eggs
1 tsp. poultry seasoning

Boil celery and onion in at least 1 cup of water until softened. Brown sausage for 10 minutes. Whip eggs and add enough water to make 1 cup. Mix everything together. Stuff turkey cavity. (Makes enough to stuff an 8 pound turkey.)
