SESAME CHICKEN | |
2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut in half 4 tsp. butter 1 tsp. garlic 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 tsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. chopped parsley 2 tbsp. sesame seeds 3/4 c. bread crumbs Combine bread crumbs, sesame seeds, garlic, and pepper. Melt butter, add lemon juice. Dip chicken in butter, roll in mixture. (Reserve remaining butter.) Place chicken, skin side up in ungreased baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. Add parsley to remaining butter. When chicken is done, pour sauce over chicken. Return to oven 5 minutes. 4 servings. |
