CAULIFLOWER SALAD | |
1 head lettuce 1 head cauliflower 1 pkg. frozen green peas, uncooked 1/2-1 lb. bacon, fried crisp & crushed 1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing, dry, not mixed 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 lg. onion, chopped 8 oz. to 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese Tear lettuce in bite-size pieces; slice and dice cauliflowerets. Sprinkle with frozen uncooked peas. Toss. Sprinkle with crushed bacon and onion, then sprinkle with Good Seasons. Spread the mayonnaise, then top with grated cheese. Mix all together when ready to serve. Serves about 16 people. Keep in layers in refrigerator and dip out if serving a smaller group. |
