YELLOW SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. yellow squash
1 sm. jar Cheese Whiz (or 1 sm. jar Jalapeno Cheese Whiz)
1 can green chilies
1 onion, chopped
2 eggs
1 can cream of celery soup
Salt and pepper

Pat cheese on bottom of casserole. Add cooked squash - salt and pepper. Beat eggs, add onions. Pour over squash. Cover with soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
