BURRITOS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion
1/2 c. tomato sauce or 1 c. canned tomatoes
1 tsp. cumino
1/2 tsp. Everglades seasoning
1 clove garlic

In blender -- tomato, onion, garlic.

Brown the beef, add cumin and Everglades seasoning. Add items from blender, cover and let let simmer for 15 minutes.

2 cans pinto beans
Bacon for seasoning

Cut bacon in small pieces and fry. Add beans including liquid. When boiling cut burner to low and mash beans.

TORTILLA'S:

3 c. flour (self-rising)
1/2 c. Crisco
1 1/2 c. warm water +

Cut Crisco into flour until like meal. Add water and knead into a ball. Pinch off egg size pieces. Knead into small round shapes.

After all dough is divided, place skillet (iron) on burner (medium high). Roll out in round flat disk. Place on hot skillet, brown both sides.

Mix beans and meat together. Spread on tortilla and roll up.
