BURRITOS 
2 lbs. hamburger
Sm. can chopped jalapenos
1 pkg. lg. flour tortillas
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 tsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 sm. can sliced ripe olives
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. sour cream

Brown meat. Add rest of ingredients and water to cover. Simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Warm tortillas in skillet. Put 2-3 tablespoons meat mix in center or tortilla. Top with 1 tablespoon sour cream, 1 tablespoon sliced ripe olives and 1 tablespoon grated cheese. Turn in ends and fold into envelope. Fry in small amount of oil until lightly browned. Makes 12.
