IMPERIAL CHICKEN 
6 whole chicken breasts, split, salted and placed in roaster
1/4 lb. butter
2 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 garlic clove, minced
4 to 5 dashes Tabasco sauce
1/2 c. dry vermouth

Combine butter, Worcestershire, curry powder, oregano, dry mustard, garlic clove, Tabasco and dry vermouth. Bring combined ingredients just to boiling. Pour over chicken.

Bake one hour at 350°F.
