IMPERIAL CHICKEN 
1/2 c. melted butter
1 small clove garlic, crushed or garlic powder
3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
3 chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned
lemon juice

Combine butter and garlic. Set aside. Combine bread crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper and stir well. Dip each breast in butter mixture. Roll in crumb mixture. Roll tightly, starting at narrow end and secure with a wooden pick. Arrange rolls in a shallow baking pan. Drizzle with remaining butter and lemon.

Bake at 350°F for 45 to 55 minutes.
