ITALIAN ANTI PASTO 
1 head lettuce
2-3 fresh tomatoes
2 cans artichokes
2 cans Italian tuna fish
1/2 lb. fontanella (or provolone) cheese
1/2 lb. Genoa salami
1/2 lb. prociotti or ham cappicola
1 can black olives
2 jars Progresso red roasted peppers

Use 1 leaf of lettuce to make "cup". Arrange above ingredients into each cup onto a large tray. (Ingredients can be arranged to your liking.) When arranged, pour small amount of oil from roasted peppers over anti pasto.
