DELICIOUS PORK CHOPS 
8 pork chops, browned - trim excess fat
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 med. onions, chopped
2 stalks of celery, cut up
1 lg. green pepper, cut in strips

Brown pork chops and drain off grease. Add vegetables and pour over the following.

SAUCE:

1/4 c. water
1/2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
