BAKED PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
1/3 c. finely diced celery
2 tbsp. brown sugar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp. mustard (dry)
2 cans Hunts tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. water

Brown pork chops. Place in shallow greased baking dish. Sprinkle with celery, brown sugar, lemon juice and seasonings. Pour Hunts tomato sauce and water over chops. Cover baking dish and bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours or until chops are tender. Makes 4 servings.

For many years I made the pork chops that the recipe was on the Hunt's Tomato Sauce can. I haven't made this in ten years and have lost my recipe or the label from the can. You would think I would have memorized the recipe as I made it once a week for so many years that my daughter was growing up.

Decided to make it today as it was a favorite of my husband's and mine. I AM THRILLED AS I THINK THIS IS THE RECIPE. SO SIMPLE AND SO GOOD!!! Going to make it right now.
