SAVORY SWISS EGGS 
6 eggs, slightly beaten
4 oz. grated processed cheese
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
5 to 6 slices of sausage, partly fried, drain

Put all together in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake for 35 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Bacon or ham can be used.
