MUSHROOM/ONION SANDWICH 
1 c. sliced green onions
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. drained mushrooms (4 oz. can)
1/2 c. chopped green olives
1 to 2 loaves cocktail rye bread

Mix all ingredients together, except bread, and spread on each slice of bread.

Bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes on baking stone or greased cookie sheet.
