MOIST CORNBREAD 
1 c. self-rising cornmeal
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 sm. can creamed corn
1/2 sm. carton sour cream
1 tbsp. sugar

Mix ingredients together. Pour into a well greased iron skillet (preferably with oil that is heated). Bake at 425 for 25 minutes.
