IRISH SODA BREAD OR SCONE 
3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. raisins

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and raisins; set aside. Beat eggs with milk. Blend egg mixture with dry ingredients until wet (don't over mix). Grease and flour pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Spread butter over top and sides while still hot.
